Q1. How do I register online for TENet Courses or Life Skills Seminar?
 

You may register at www.trinity.net using any of the following options. It will bring you to the Login page where you can key in your NRIC to register for courses and semnars:

  1. On home page, look for 'TENet courses or Life Skills Seminars' on left column and click on ‘Online Registration’.



  2. On the page navigation bar, mouseover 'Seminars'. Click 'Online Registration' from the dropdown menu displayed.



  3. On the page navigation bar, mouseover 'Courses'. Click 'Online Registration' from the dropdown menu displayed..



  4. Within the Life Skills page, you can also click 'Online Registration' buttons.



  5. Within the Courses pages, you can click 'Online Registration' button.



Q2. How do I login?
  On the ‘TENet Online Registration’ page, in NRIC field, key in your NRIC number (BC for child, FIN for non-citizens) and click on ‘Sign-in’ .

Q3. What if I’m new to Trinity and this is my first time I am attending a course?
  If your records are in our database, the latest TENet schedule will appear with your name indicated at the top of the screen. If we do not have your record in our database, you will be required to complete a one-time registration form as shown below before proceeding to register for any course.

Q4. What if I am registering for someone else, my child, my friend etc?
  You will need to use the person’s NRIC (BC for child, FIN for non-citizens) to sign-in.
Q5. Can I register for more than 1 person in the same registration?
  No. Each sign-in and registration is for 1 person only at any one time.
Q6. Do I have to submit my registration after I select every course?
 

No. In the 'Enrol' column, click the checkbox against the course(s) you wish to register for. When you are ready, click at the bottom of the screen. When registering for multiple courses, please ensure that the dates, times and venues of the different courses allow you to do so.

Course(s) you selected will appear with a tick in the checkbox.

Q7. I can’t register for the course because the status indicates that I have not met the pre-requisites.  But I know that I have. 
  Your records in our database may not be up to date. Please email the TENet administrator at tenet@trinity.org.sg and we will respond to you.
Q8. How will I know if my registration is successful?
 

After you have selected the courses, remember to click the button at the bottom of the page.

You will then see the 'Thank You' page which will list the courses you have registered (in red) for or withdrawn from (in green)

Q9. How do I amend my registration?
 

Please sign in again on the online registration page. Your record will appear on the screen with all the courses that you have previously registered for.
In the 'Enrol' column, simply click the checkbox of the the course you wish to withdraw from or click checkbox of any additional courses you wish to register.

Q10. What is each course about?  
 

To read the description of the various courses, please place your mouse at the place indicated ‘mouseover here’ and wait a few seconds. The synopsis of the course will be displayed.

Q11. How do I know if I am registered for the course or I can’t remember what I registered for?
  Sign-in online. You will see a tick in in the checkbox against the courses you already registered for. Once you click the 'Submit' button, the final page will also list the courses you have signed up for.
Q12. I registered for a course previously and I don’t think I can make it.  Can I withdraw or change to another course? 
  You can sign-in to amend your registration. However, please note that you can only withdraw if you do so at least one week before the start of the course. We would really appreciate that you withdraw from the course online if you are not able to attend.
Q13. How can I register for a course with status indicated as 'Closed'?
  You can do a walk-in registration only on the first day of the course.
Q14. Do I need to pay course fees?
  Course fees are waived but do note the following:
  • The purchase of textbooks and materials, when needed, is done by the participants at their own cost. Please see the course synopsis for details.
  • All purchases or payments are not refundable.
  • TENet reserves the right to charge for administrative cost and other fees at its discretion.
  • Offering will be collected weekly at all classes.
Q15. Are there any courses that I cannot register online?
  Yes.
  • For couples who are non TCC registered members who woud like to register for 'Before You Say Yes' or 'After You Say Yes', please register at the Level 2 Information Counter.

  • DEW courses are by invitation only. Please register at the Level 2 Information Counter.

  • Fill in the registration form in the TENet brochure and submit it to Level 2 Information Counter.
