What is AlphaTrack? AlphaTrack is a 3-month full-time training program that trains and equips ordinary believers for strategic leadership in the church and marketplace.

Under this unique experiential program, participants will:

• Be immersed in an environment of faith and worship
• Learn how to hear the voice of God
• Renew their passion, giftings and destiny in God
• Learn about working as a team
• Learn ministry skills in prayer, evangelism and more
• Minister in local and overseas missions projects

Since 1995, AlphaTrack has trained many pastors and leaders who are effective in ministry and are today, impacting their communities around the world. People have come from Australia, Cambodia, Colombia, Fiji, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and USA to join the program; candidates include people from all walks of life, such as students, professionals and homemakers.

AlphaTrack graduates who have a full-time call can go on to join the Ministry Internship (MI) program to further equip themselves for ministry.
