Accountant
You will prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards, as well as computing GST returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
You are required to implement and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current Financial system and computer technology, prepare forms and vouchers for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct and assist their work activities.
You are required to provide support and assistance to Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager.
You should have a Degree in Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy Professional Qualification and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
You should possess a good understanding of Code of Governance, Charities Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic Financial Software Navision and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Corporate Communications Executive
You will be responsible for the writing and editing of church bulletin, magazine and web content. You will also provide editorial support for the magazine.
You should have a Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
You should possess strong writing, interpersonal and administrative skills, enjoy working under pressure and be able to work on weekends.

Estate Executive
You will be responsible for the maintenance and stewarding management for all church properties, including supervision of outsource contractors, interior/exteriors of building, grounds landscape, equipments, plants and vehicles. You will also be responsible for trouble shooting, emergency responses and defects management, as well as coordination and liaison with users and contractors.
You should have at least NTC 3 in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in building services.
You should possess strong knowledge of M&E and facilities management and be able to work on shifts and weekends.

Finance Executive
You will handle the full spectrum of finance functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
You are expected to have a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or CPA Professional Qualification, with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
You should possess computer literacy skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamic Nav Classic accounting software.
You are able to work independently, meet deadlines in a team environment, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Human Resource Executive
You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, benefits administration, training and development and other HR administration matters.
You should have a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
You should have a good understanding of the local employment laws and regulations and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

IT Executive (Infrastructure)
You will be responsible for general end-user support and systems monitoring, including assisting the Systems Engineer (Infrastructure).
You should have a good command of English and a good understanding of PC hardware. Successful candidate will be sponsored for Microsoft or Cisco certification training.

Ministry Assistant
You will provide administrative assistance in the operations of the church.
You should have at least GCE 'O' level or equivalent and 1 year relevant experience. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on weekends

Pastoral Assistant
You will provide assistance to Executive Pastors in all areas of ministry administration.
You should have a Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
You should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain high leave of confidentiality and be able to work on weekends.

Programme Executive (CARElderly)
You will plan and coordinate programmes and activities in the Seniors Activity Centre (SAC) to promote active aging, conduct home visits to elderly and engage and manage volunteers.
You should have a Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably with training in gerontology.  You should also have a passion and desire to work with the elderly, especially lonely elderly from lower-income families.
You should be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Programme Assistant (CARElderly)
You will provide support in running programmes and activities in the Seniors Activity Centre (SAC) to promote active aging, and provide administrative support for the SAC’s operations and maintenance of the premises.
You should have at least 5 GCE ‘O’ Levels passes.  You should also have a passion and desire to work with the elderly, especially lonely elderly from lower-income families.
You should be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
